Established in the year 2005 by Mr Gaven Murday, Island Taste Ltd started its operation with a workforce of only 5 people producing 3 different flavors of syrup at the time. Focusing entirely on producing quality fruit syrups, the products of Island Taste started finding a growing appreciation among local consumers.

Gradually new flavours have been added over the years together with an increase in production capacity.  With the rising market demands, we experienced a considerable expansion and now Island Taste Ltd produces 13 variety of fruit syrups in its new manufacturing plant located in St Pierre, Mauritius. Being very established in the local market, we are now exporting our products in the regional market.

Having the consumers at the heart of our business, we started diversifying our range of products and recently invested massively in the production of 100% Mauritian juice concentrate under the Island Taste brand and competing with major International Brands. We currently have two flavors on the market and planning to launch other flavors by the end of the year 2019.

We have also recently introduced a range of ready to use Chili, Garlic and ketchup sauces as well as seasoning sauces. They come is various packaging sizes that meet the various demands.
